Qld: Failure to pay Sir Joh is victimisation

BRISBANE, Feb 4 AAP - Failure to compensate Sir Joh Bjelke-Petersen for costs incurred
during the Fitzgerald inquiry was tantamount to victimisation, the former Queensland premier's
lawyer said today.

Sir Joh's legal counsel Geoffrey Moss issued a statement calling on whoever wins the
state election on Saturday to speedily address his claims for compensation.
